Surfing down to the Corinth Canal

Just found this picture on the cameras memory stick and it partially shows the conditions just as we were approaching the canal entry. You can just see one of the small breakwaters in the distance that curve around to protect the canals mouth.

The contracts twix these bumpy conditions and the turquoise flat calm of the canal itself was almost surreal.
