Off we go - back to Jersey

Seems we've a French bank holiday weekend almost upon us and whilst the French electrician who 'fixed' our problem could come down for an hour or so tomorrow to try and sort things properly, SeaStart UK think we'd be sensible to take the boat back to somewhere like Jersey where they feel better able to mobilise people to fix it for good.
So as Jersey is now a good 70 miles downwind behind us we'll need to leave early hours to try and use some of the early incoming tides to cover the ground in 10 hours. So for tonight we'll continue to hang on the waiting buoy off Trebuerden, dinghy ashore for an early PIzza and pint, and tuck down so as to be up for a 5 am start.
Bugger eh? Making all thay way to windward bucking the tides, now to give it all away and repeat the exercise at the weekend. Who said sailing could be boring?
Cheers
