Barbara retired from the National Health Service in 2004. We own Wight Mistress, a Fisher 34 wheelhouse ketch based in the Isle of Wight, England. We spend as much of our time as possible away sailing, but Barbara is waiting to have an operation in September. After that we will be in our cottage for the winter, waiting to see what the next adventure brings. Well, here we are. While we are not on adventures abroad we are doing our best to be out and about while still enjoying our family.
