Jan. 8, 2010 - A Bit of Fanny on the Classic Boat Stand



To launch Maria, the new addition to our fleet, we decided to have a gaff feature
at this year's London Boat Show.
Maria's rig is too big so we borrowed the rig off Nigel Waller's Fanny of Cowes.
Our contentious statement that real sailors prefer gaff certainly kept us busy.
Thanks to all the members who came to say hello.
When we launched at the show in 2006 we didn't see many familiar faces,
now we see at least 20 members in a day
