Mishaps and Memories

Aug. 28, 2006 - rafted at Zierkizee

Getting busier by the minute..... but pleasant neighbours!

Aug. 3, 2008 - Carter 33

Posted by Anonymous
From what I have been able to learn, the most famous Carter 3/4 ton yacht here in Australia was a boat named "Wheelbarrow" this name was Aussie humour for a "dick carter" The crew wore "T" shirts with the picture of a wheelbarrow carrying said apparatus hanging out.
We have had our Carter 33 for 5 months, taking delivery of it in Sydney, the wife and I, sailing her to Hobart. They are certainly a very impressive ocean going yacht.
