Feb. 6, 2007 - Throwing in the Towel

Heather is sick.  She's found a lump larger than a golf ball in her abdomen.  She showed it to me, we called a doctor and she is going to be put through the ringer with tests and such...

Needless to say, we're stateside indefinitely.

Her health is priority number one.  We're going to take care of everything necessary and in the meantime we're planning a trip up the E Coast.  Maybe up to DC and the Chesapeake.  We'll see.

Right now, spirits are low and we're both pretty nervous.  Funny how my nerves will hold through 95 mph winds, hailstorms, tropical storms, but not through something like this?
