Jul. 9, 2006 - Uneasy Truce

The head had been coerced into submission.  The Administration does not condone torture however, there are "zones" where international laws do not apply.  The only information we can give you at the time of this briefing is that the head is functioning normally again, without so much as a whimper of complaint.

Maybe word of the Captain's harsh punishment will spread through the ship and the engines will comply before their judgement is meted out...
